Additional Document Requirement – Packing List
Following the latest regulatory update, the Packing List has been introduced as a mandatory supporting document for ACD applications, in addition to the documentation currently required.
Accordingly, the complete and updated list of documents required for ACD processing is as follows:
- Draft Bill of Lading
- Commercial Invoice
- Freight Invoice
- Certificate of Origin
- Packing List
Please be advised that ACD certification will become mandatory for all shipments destined for Sudan effective 1 January 2026. All shippers, exporters, and logistics stakeholders are required to ensure full compliance with the updated documentation requirements in order to avoid delays, rejections, or clearance issues at destination.
